Your Premier Twin Cities Therapeutic and Athletic Massage Clinic
Announcement!!!
After 7 wonderful years Taylor has decided to move out of state. She wanted to give her clients as much notice as possible. Her last day will be in November.
With her departure I, Magdalene, have decided my journey of being an employer for 19 years will come to an end. I will continue to work as a self employed massage therapist. I have loved employing and mentoring massage therapists but I would now like to devote my time solely to my clients and family.
I will do my best to accommodate as many clients as I can but I will not be able to absorb all of Taylor's clients. My schedule is limited to weekdays. I will not have any evening or weekend availability.
If you have any questions about availability or this transition please fill out the form below and I would be happy to answer them for you.
Our Location
We are located at 1278 Selby Ave! We're on the corner of Selby and Syndicate, in the upper level above Active Health Chiropractic. Parking is plentiful on Selby & Syndicate. From the front of the building, go in the door on the left. Take off your shoes, grab a pair of slippers, and come on up!

PBD Services
Positive Body Dynamics (“PBD”) offers a wide variety of massage types or modalities so we can find the ideal solution for your unique needs.
We are passionate about consulting with our clients to understand what ails them, and developing a customized plan for how massage can help get them on the healing path.
Massage Benefits
During massage, your body releases its own natural pain killers called endorphins. The reduction in pain allows tight muscles to loosen, with the added bonus of calming your nerves and lowering anxiety.
Massage may reduce backaches, headaches, neck and shoulder pain and soreness in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Meet Magdalene
Owner & Massage Therapist
Magdalene has worked in the massage therapy industry since 2000. She became a certified massage therapist in 2004 after recovery from a car accident impassioned her belief in alternative medicine as a means to healing and relief.
Driven by a philosophy of catering massage to the needs of clients as well as partnering with staff to facilitate their client relationships, Magdalene opened PBD St Paul in April 2007. A lifelong resident and lover of St. Paul, it was the natural location.
Currently specializing in all aspects of massage, from relaxation to deep neuro muscular, Magdalene’s vision is to continue to provide quality personalized massage to her active generous community. Her husband Rob Welp is the owner/operator of Whitetail Hardwood Floors, another St. Paul small business serving the Twin Cities area..
